3.1 Blind Box Products

  • No Returns After Opening: Blind boxes are non - refundable if the package is opened. Unopened blind boxes may be returned within 14 days if in original condition.

3.2 Other Products

  • Damage or Tampering: Items received in a damaged state (due to buyer misuse or mishandling) will not be refunded.

  • Counterfeit or Non - Sold Items: If we verify that the returned product is not an item sold by babykawaii.shop (e.g., counterfeit, altered, or from another seller), the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective (due to our error), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will cover return shipping and issue a refund or replacement.

7. International Returns
