1. Payment Methods

Which payment methods are supported?

2. Shipping Timeline

When will my order be shipped?
After completing payment, we will dispatch your order within 4 days and send the tracking number to your registered email or account.
⚠️ Note: Once an order is shipped, returns due to "dislike" or "change of mind" are not accepted, and any resulting losses will be borne by the buyer.

3. Delivery Time

How long does delivery take?
After shipping, packages are expected to arrive within approximately 10 days. The exact delivery time may vary based on logistics channels and destination. Track your package using the provided tracking number.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return policy?

  • Quality Issues/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, stained, or incorrect item, contact our customer service (WhatsApp +852 5184 6118 / email hi@babykawaii.shop) within 7 days of receipt. Provide clear evidence, and we will arrange a free return or exchange with shipping fees covered by the seller.

  • Non-Quality Issues (e.g., dislike, wrong size): Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, but buyers must cover return shipping fees. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Refunds will be processed after the seller receives and inspects the returned item.

5. Order Modification & Cancellation

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped, contact customer service immediately to modify delivery information or cancel the order. Once shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible
